Performance properties of particleboard panels modified with nanocellulose/boric acid

چکیده
The physical and mechanical properties of particleboard panels were evaluated relative to various loading levels nanocellulose (NC) boric acid (BA) in the urea-formaldehyde (UF) resin used for panel production. results showed that NC BA reinforcement substantially affected performance panels. It was determined using 3% afforded best thickness swelling (TS), water absorption (WA), moisture content (MC), modulus rupture (MOR), elasticity (MOE), internal bonding strength (IB). concluded could be enhanced by adjusting BA. study also it is possible apply as modifiers formaldehyde process manufacturing techniques develop novel furniture components interior design materials.
